The service was friendly and the food was fine! Got luxury, fairly quiet room with traditional japanese style, tea/coffee, necessary modern equipment.
Facilities were very accommodating, however Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Staff went out of their way to. With a warm, cute atmosphere, we enjoyed our private onsen experience. The only downside was the limited shower facilities in the room. A nice retreat that I would love to revisit.

Couples seeking an lovely experience
The dinner in our suite was very nice. We enjoyed several courses and it felt magical, like we were dining in a fairy tale. The amazing service, it's like they knew what we needed even before we did. We left with a collection of photos that just capture all the smiles.
Definitely not cheap, but worth every penny for the experience.

Authentic onsen experience with traditional wooden architecture gives a genuine feel for Japanese culture. Spacious room enhances relaxation after enjoying the hot springs.
Onsen facilities felt cramped for larger groups. Options might be limited for those seeking grander scenic views. The proximity to shops does mean that most places close early, leaving few dining options in the evening.

Positive, I loved the spacious Beautiful Room with its tatami floors and massage chair. So close to the onsen, just thirty-five steps! The kaiseki dinner served in our room was magical and exceeded my expectations. The staff really went out of their way to accommodate us 😊

The hospitality impressed me tremendously. The staff took the time to ensure my comfort, even serving tea in my room and catering to my dietary preferences. The meals were an elaborate affair, with a variety of courses including delicious fried fish that left a lasting impression. I encountered some difficulties with parking arrangements that could have been clearer, especially with the multiple options available nearby. The lack of guidance about some facilities, like the garden and open onsen, was a bit disappointing.

The onsen was readily accessible, and the traditional kaiseki dinner was a highlight. Loved that the location was easy to reach, just a short walk from the bus station. The private onsen experience was a must!
One downside was the noise from some guests who didn't follow onsen etiquette, which could be distracting and took away from the peace we wanted.
